Local based distributor of cleaning equipment has an immediate need for a part-time Warehouse/Shipping Clerk.

Responsibilities Include:

-Pack and ship customer orders.
-Utilize fedex site to obtain estimated shipping costs and create shipping labels.
-Input shipment tracking information into order system.
-Log shipping information in database.
-Log repair/return information in database.
-Maintain a well organized inventory of equipment, parts and shipping supplies; notify management when an item reaches its reorder point.
-Perform general maintenance duties, such as keeping the warehouse and loading dock neat and clean.
-Perform other duties as required.

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 1:00pm (20 hours/week)

Requirements:

-Previous experience with packaging, shipping and receiving.
-Previous experience using FedEx shipping & FedEx.com.
-Friendly and positive attitude.
-Must be organized and able to multi-task .
-Must be technically inclined.
-Must be able to lift boxes weighing up to 80lbs.

* Valid driver's license plus experience driving 16'-18' cube/box trucks.

Description
We are seeking an individual who is able to manage our offsite warehouse. This job will require an individual who is able to handle all aspects of the warehouse including receiving, stocking, counting and pulling materials for production or direct shipment to customers. There will be a focus on in coming material inspections and maintaining an accurate and up to date count of all on hand materials.

Job Responsibilities
-Receive stock (unload trucks)
-Warehouse stock
-Issue & pull parts for orders
-Data entry of inventory information
-Cycle counts
-Physical inventory counts
-Prepare freight claims for damaged stock or short shipments
-Monitor open and back orders
-Maintain the warehouse in a clean and organized fashion
